Breâkfâst Câsserole mâde with eggs, bâcon, shredded potâtoes, ând cheese is the PERFECT mâke-âheâd breâkfâst for busy mornings or holidâys!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound bâcon diced
1/2 yellow onion minced
1 green bell pepper diced
4 cups frozen shredded potâtoes
6 tâblespoons unsâlted butter melted
10 lârge eggs
3 cups cheddâr cheese shredded
16 ounces smâll curd cottâge cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheât the oven to 375 degrees ând âdd the bâcon, onion ând bell pepper to â lârge skillet on medium high heât until cooked just shy of being done.
